My career has seen me be both an individual contributor to a learning organization and a manager of staff. My management roles have included running a commercial training center, managing a corporate group, and managing learning center staff.

In each case, my management philosophy has been the same. I invest time, money, and attention in my employees. By showing them that I am willing to put in that effort, I feel I am able to demand the best from them. I work to always have my employees learning, growing, and knowing they are valued. I find this gets the best our of my employees and assists in making those difficult conversations easier.
