Simply put, I love helping adult learners on their professional journey. It’s what gets me up and working each day. I have spent the better part of my career in helping people improve their performance in the workplace through training delivery, coaching, performance support, and creating engaging materials. I’ve worked in Fortune 500 companies and small associations. No matter where I am, one thing remains constant. Performance support by an experienced learning and development professional remains vital.

As the old saying goes, when we stop learning, we stop living. While you will find examples of the work I have accomplished in design and delivery, I believe you will see that I am excited to try innovative technologies in learning and experiment with technologies that can be applied to learning.
